  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, products, and services.

3. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

When you make a booking, we share necessary information (such as your name, email, and phone number) with the specific business you are booking with so they can fulfil the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers acting as processors who provide IT and system administration services (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Supabase for secure database hosting, Stripe for payments, and Resend/Twilio for notifications).

5. Data Security & Retention

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way. Access to your personal data is limited to those employees, agents, and contractors who have a business need to know.
